"Foreign workers"

I have recently had a meal in prezzo and yes there did appear to be a lot of foreign workers but I can quite honestly say that the service was efficient professional and very polite and with that in mind does it really matter?.I have been in many restaurants served by English who have been the exact opposite of the prezzo workers!!
