"EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE"

I just went to charlie chan this evening. what i can conclude is an extremely bad service. the food was fine. but the service is very bad. when we order the bill, we are quite surprised of the total amount therefore we started to calculate it. then the waitress give us a calculator and ask us calculate ourself which i think is very rude. 
 
the optional service charge is very high which is about 10 pounds, as it stated there it is optional so we ask one of the waiter whether we choose not to pay the optional service charge. and then the waitress said in chinese. '' tell them that they are not welcomed to this restaurant anymore''. we were very furious and shocked. and then we pay the bill. they even force us to pay for the optional service charge. BAD SERVICE! i wont go to this restaurant anymore!
