"Typical moaner"

I read the moan with regards to a delivery made by Band Q and like most people expect more than is entitled.In this day and age female staff have an equal right to a job and so with this goes the fact that they may not be able to lift the product.Most suppliers are only responsible to deliver to the nearest accesable point of hard standing not up stairs/downstairs or the moon [what happens if they damage your wallpaper or knock the corner of your new unit].when you say the kitchen dropped 5/6 feet did all the 100 plus components in a kitchen drop or just a couple? The people at b and q cant magic a kitchen for you and like most suppliers are not responsible for consequencial loss.Working for a competitor i dont want b and q to be fantastic but people like you do my head in
