"Poor customer service from Lloyds TSB"

A review of Lloyds TSB Bank by Ashly - Wednesday 25th of June 2003


Why can't we phone our branches any more? My account manager never gets back to me about my account when I leave a message unless I express interest in a new service. 
 
It seems the Lloyds TSB account managers are only interested in getting new leads rather than looking after customers who have been with them longer than they have. I shall be moving to another bank shortly if things dont improve.
