"Chef's chocolate pistachio cake - I'm in love"

A recent Saturday night visit to the BackStreet proved that they've raised their game. We've been regular customers and fans for years, but felt it was becoming slightly overpriced. They've got their finger on the pulse, because our dinner experience was excellent. When walking through the restaurant, one got the impression that everyone was enjoying themselves - all plates of food looked superb - as was ours. Bigger portions, good choices for menu additions - and the biggest plus of all - the regular addition of chocolate pistachio cake. The BackStreet is working hard to keep its customer happy - and it's working.
