It was 31st December and I needed to get a registered document to arrive on the 2nd January. Called the Post Office in Willingham to find out what time it needed to be with them and they checked the schedule and told me that items would be collected at 1pm according to the schedule. At about 11.30 the phone rang. It was the lady at the post office ringing to let me know that the postman had arrived early to collect and that she would ask him to wait if we wanted to bring our item straight away. What is amazing is I hadn't left a name or number, the lady must have dialled 1471 to find out my number. This really is service beyond the call of duty and a very rare commodity today. Thank you!!
