As a retired employee (2005) of 26years, I find it very sad to read so many bad reports of a company I enjoyed working for.
In the past you could not have wished for better more caring employers.
Its only in the more recent years where there have been changes to the way S&S has been controled, that saw this once great company deteriorate.
