I have read the reviews and do not see why people are paying???!!
The said contract for parking is not vaild as "silence cannot amount to acceptance" and as some have already said, the "fine/penalty" is clarly disproportionate to the actual loss suffered.
DO NOT PAY and let them take you to Court - I can guanantee they won't!
I've not received a letter/PCN myself, but I can guarantee you that it does not contain a single mention of any Act or statute - -this is because, none apply.
Again, do not pay this Private Company, they do not have the same power as Parking Wardens/Attendants!
