"Above & Beyond!!!???"

First off i am a B+Q employee. but i'm also a graduate engineer (who works part time at B+Q) and run my own business. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge which i share with ALL my customers and help them with as much information they need or request, AND I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE. So as you read this article please bear in mind that any member of the shop floor staff you deal with will be earning probably alot less money than many of you, run around all day serving customer after customer (sometimes more than two at a time), often end up having no breaks or dinner and work over when a customer requires more time (all unpaid). So if you treat us with respect you WILL get a better service but if you don't you HAVE BEEN WARNED. Personally i think everyone should spend a year working in retail (like national service) and then you'll appreciate just how difficult it can be. Oh and one final thing...if you open the packageing please put the product back inside so its all there for when the next customer comes along and need it, after all YOU WILL be the next customer. remember Be Polite, Be FRIENDLY and you'll get the best customer service around.
