I'm extremely sorry to hear you had a bad experience in one of our stores. Although as retailers we would all dearly love to be able to stock everything to please everyone, it is often simply not possible. We only have limited storage space and - especially in the current financial climate - are forced to stock only what is most profitable.

However, I hope you will be pleased to hear that due to an initiative by our new management team, all our stores will be stocking children's shoes (as far as I'm aware anyway)as they want us all to stock the same thing. We will overall be stocking less lines, so we will have the space to do this.

I do hope that you reconsider your choice not to shop in our stores again.
