The policy at Aldi will be no different from any other large retailer. They will have people well qualified to decide if their procedure is legal or not unlike the majority of contributors to this site.

I have used my local store for years and have never had any problems with product returns.

My last comment posted in February praising my local store in Wisbech has been removed from this site though, perhaps its organisers are only interested in one side of the story!
