Sorry you had that experience. Usually if a customer doesn't have their receipt we cannot issue a refund. However they should have been able to exchange the product for you if it was in stock. Also if you know the day and part of the day you brought the item they can pull up a duplicate reciept on the computer, and thus issue a refund. we always try to do that at our store.
