"Customers, ease the hell up on us!"

I am an employee of PCW. i have been there since just before xmas and to be frank, the treatment we get from certain customers is disgusting. if you think you know everything about a computer then dont ask us for help and dont get information about deals that will be of benefit. yes, it is true that we need around 55% of our customers to take the cover plan and so there is pressure on us from all angles. the last thing we need is to have a customer shouting the odds at us because we cant help them that second. customers who stand next to a laptop they want halfway down an ailse where no1 can see them, expecting some1 to come to them. we cannot win, when we;re not with a customer, we are told to approach everyone, which after 4 CAs have asked "are you ok there?" can get annoying. what im trying to get at is that we dont get out of bed at half 8 on a sunday morning to be shouted at all day. most advisors working there are teenagers who would LOVE to shout back at the abusive customers, but we resist. when i have a customer who is nice, polite, talkative and friendly who actually listens to what im saying, i ENJOY my job. but when that one customer strides in, thinking they know everything and when we mention PCP dont even listen to wat we have to say. we mite say this gives u free shopping with us for life, but u dont listen! so if you dont take it, i hope u pour coffee on ure laptop, or you 5 year old child drops it down the stairs. i could go on for ages, but this is a sum up of how all PCW employees feel.
