Right then, i work at Nuthall Road in Nottingham and have just got back from my training on the new system. Pretty much the same response here except that i think it is quite easy to use and regarding the problem with the new pts lookup option..... just bloody well go to the shelf, use the crl and bob's your uncle. Yes that will mean keeping those damn books in order for once, but so what? The old system was cack and the new one probably will be too, but the old one was from the 1980's and was quite flawed, at least this one takes items off the stockfile in real time and tells you (when used correctly) whether items are knackered or not. Stop moaning and get on with it!
