"Who's doing who a favour?"

I'd just like to point out to an earlier reviewer that when you go to a hair salon as a model you are not really doing them a favour - you are doing it because you are getting a cheaper or free haircut. Sure, they need you for their stylists to practise on, but I don't believe anyone goes there just to be kind to the stylists - they want a cheap haircut. And it's important to realise that models don't often get the haircut they ask for - in my experience the trainees may be focussing on a particular kind of cut or finish that week and they want to practise it on you as far as possible. If you want your hair cut just so, you have to pay the full price. At least, this is my experience of being both a model and a customer.
