Pizza hut is jusy the same as all national chain restaurants. They may be clean and well furnished but their food is processed, pre packaged and portion controlled. The TV advert says that all the pizzas there are prepared by hand. Technically I suppose this is true but none of these chain places actually mix dough on site daily and prep their own ingredients from fresh. Pizza Express and certain others buy frozen dough from 3663!
If you want to taste really good fresh pizza, go to La Piazza in Skipton where EVERYTHING is made in house daily.
Oh and the fudge cake there is homemade too and I'll wager it beats that mass produced one a Pizza Hut!
