In a nut shell, Chill out! (to customers) Its not all so bad if you have to wait an entire day for someone like HP to come to your house free of charge and swap your broken printer out for a new one. Its not so bad either, if you come alllll the way to the store expecting us to fix your computer there and then while you wait. All you need to do is ring your warranty, and they come to YOU. For FREE. Also. . . there is absolutely no need to be aggressive to any member of staff. Its very childish, and extremely rude. If only some customer's could see themselves on camera after being in the store making a fool of themselves :-) Just listen to one another before you blow off on one, we do offer very good services which many companys do not. However, 90% of the time staff do not get chance to finish a sentence before a customer begins to argue. Yes we have all chosen to work in a environment with many customers, but there is a basic principal whether it be in a shop, or in a playground. . . treat others like you would like to be treated.
