You dont need to speak to the CEO he is not responsible for dealing with your complaint, either return to the store and speak to the Store or Area Manager or ring the contact number on the website. The company is set up to provide face to face solutions for customers in store. Area Managers in store are the 'junior executives' they earn up to £60k with Store Managers on over £40k so I'd be suprised if between them they cant explain what you need to know. It does sound like you just didn't see or read the signs though. There is a hidden grace peiod of ten minutes built into the system for fairness so I also suspect you may have overstayed by more than seven minutes. |
