... is the only word to describe my experience.

Extremely poor service and management.

Having frequently visited the fort over many years, i can only say that i'm more than disappointed by the new management - Given the current turbulent times within the industry you think they would welcome customers.

If you want bad [if not rude/aggressive at times] service and below par food this is a must destination!
