"Medion over the years"

I've bought a number of Medion products from Aldi over the years and have mostly been very impressed with the features they offer and their quality. I have bought two desktop computers, a scanner, graphics tablets and more recently two lovely akoya laptops, one for me and one for my daughter.
The customer service has been excellent and I have been able to get support from Medion at national rate phone calls for years after any guarantees have expired.
When I did have a problem with a webcam, years ago, it was refunded instantly and politely in the store.
I'm not so impressed by Tevion/Medion TVs, we bought one and then took it back due to less than impressive picture quality. Again, no problem with refund. I think I'll wait until LCD TV technology is a bit more advenced.
Then I'll probably get a Medion one!
