I went there recently and had my hair done by a trainee (by request as I wanted a cut at a much reduced price). I had my hair highlighted and cut (in two visits). I LOVED the result. Do not hesitate to ask for a trainee to do your hair at this place, it is supervised by Lulu, who is brilliant. The staff are nice and friendly and always offer you a cup of tea .
