I have worked at B & Q for 6 years and came across this site by accident.
I cannot believe the comments by some people on here.
I go to work at six am, I work sundays, bank holidays and even easter sunday. Some days I leave the store after 10pm.
Customers come into our store, some are rude, offensive, abusive and physically threaten you.
We lose £17, 000 A WEEK in theft and shrinkage.
Customers rip open packaging, buy products, use them and return them when they are finished the job and expect a refund.
We are shouted at,threatened and abused constantly, yet we keep a smile on our faces and try to help !
We are human beings and deserve respect.
We may not have what you need, in the size or colour you want, when you want it, but we will help you get it !
Please remember, we work for B & Q, we don't own it ! Some things are beyond our control.
We don't treat you like animals, don't do it to us !
