I agree, I've worked for Halfords for two years, I've been in retail for ten years. No-where else have I experienced the abuse that I see at Halfords. It's outrageous what customers get away with. Us poor staff, on frankly rubbish wages, having to put up with threats of violence because some nurk has build his boxed bike with the forks turned back to front and his sprog has fallen off! Don't blame us just 'cos you wanted your bike now-now-now and didn't have the patience to wait one whole day for it to be PDI's for you. Blah!
