my son and his wife had taken there newborn twins in to your Lodi store which is located in K-Mart shopping center.As it so happened the employee who did the portraits, got mad and quite in the process she took the babies pictures with her,the ones that the store gave her are as crappy as hell, at least they could of refunded ther money or retake the pictures with no extra charge, and several sheets should be given to them no extra charge,this is really bad business,in the past I had taken my childern to your portrait studios and never had a problem,but this is uncalled for.
