"Sorry but your guitar's neck is warped"

On two separate occasions (with two different guitars) I have been told by the guitar 'expert' at Ken Stevens that they had warped necks & were worth less as a result. On both occasions I went elsewhere for second (&third) opinions & discovered that the necks were absolutely fine & 'expertise' was suspect.
