"They dont always get it right!"

Aldi website advertises for Area Managers, they pay them £40k in training and give them a fully expensed Audi A4 to drive. When trained they earn nearly £60k plus the car plus a pension plus private heath care and get five weeks holiday a year.

This must make it easy for them to recruit some really good people so how have they ended up with a woman who shouts at her staff on the shop floor and behaves towards customers like they are farmyard animals. I dont know her name but she looks after my local store in Upminster and I have great sympathy for the few staff they have in the store.

The company have got great products at a fantastic price but let themselves down by employing people in senior positions like this Area Manager. If any of the staff from Upminster read this they have my sympathy. I continue to shop with them but tend to check the car park for Audi A4's before visiting!
