"I work for Welcome Finance- my view"

I have worked for this company for over 7 years and feel it only fair to put my views across. Like any business out there, there will, inevitably, be cases where customers have had poor service. That, Im afraid, is a fact of life. We've all suffered it at some point. You must apply common sense to the bigger picture. We deal with thousnads of customers on a weekly basis, and things will go wrong. this shouldnt happen, but it does. However, the majority, and I can speak from my own job role there, are quite happy with the service we provide. We DONT advertise directly to the public (only WCF)- we DONT ram the loan down customers throats (the documents state quite clearly the rates and terms etc, on more then one occasion) and the customer does NOT have to sign any forms if he/she doesnt want to. Not happy- WALK OUT-THINK ABOUT IT!!! Go else where! Lets face facts, the customer is sitting there 95% of the time, due to them having a poor credit file and thus unable to get a loan from anyone else. Simple answer- pay Welcome back, dont miss the payments and repair your credit history. Once you've done this, you have a very good chance of getting a loan else where, at a better rate. If your having difficulties then call the branch and speak to them. DONT hide behind the curtains or ignore the problem. Do that, then Im afraid your just asking for trouble. To summarise- Welcome offer a service to those that cant get finance any where else. We offer a service to repair that credit history and prove that you can maintain payments. Again, if in doubt, walk out.
