the link above has a postal address in warwickshire and a 0844 number. admittedly, no email or direct phone number to store. i queried this once and it was explained that this would cost the company more money and they wouldn't be able to keep their prices as good value. im sure if you wrote, they would give you info. id rather them have less resources than say tesco or sainsburys who offer to pack your bags etc. but get good value for money.
