I just want to say thank you the wonderful receptionist at this surgery whom I saw yesterday (8 June 2008). She understood immediately what my concern was, was reassuring and very friendly and retrieved the information I urgently needed within a couple of minutes. I am not even registered there and she helped with information my own surgery was unable or unwilling to provide. I was very impressed by her calm professionalism and wonderful social skills and seriously consider registering at the Red House Surgery. A big thank you!
