We got our living room, bedroom and stairs done by Chesterton Carpets. The whole lot (including the installation, which was about £80) only cost us £470 - what a bargain! I came in on Saturday. I was greeted and shown the carpets available (no hard-selling - just a friendly advice). The measuring was arranged for Wednesday(they work around your schedule rather than theirs and you can pick the time, which is convenient for you, they are quite flexible). The installation was done on Thursday. It only took about an hour and a half. The fitting was quick and professional. I could not have been happier! They have quite a selection of carpets - mine was really beautiful (and yet still cheap!). It was worth every penny! It it not very often nowadays when you get good customers service and professionalist.
Chesterton Carpets take pride in what they do and it makes all the difference.
Tip: always ask for a discount - you don't get if you don't ask. They prefer cash payments.
Dealing with them was so painless! I would totally recommend! My mother-in-law also says they used them for years and were always happy with their service.
