"B and Q better that Homebase in Stafford"

My wife and i went to the new Homebase store in Stafford last week, to have a cad design and order done and were ready to pay there and then for our dream kitchen. The woman doing the plan couldnt do it properly, saying the computer was playing up then said she was tired as her child had kept her awake in the night. Yes we felt for her but were not prepared to risk our money (£12.000)or risk getting an incorrect plan, so, we went to B and Q, very efficient and a top service, didnt know we could take the boxed units away with us, would have been 4-6 weeks with Homebase. A friend of ours used Homebase for their kitchen but said he had nothing but problems and it took months to correct, that is very poor for a new shop. Dont think they will stay open for long..Thanks B an Q for your excellent service
