"Not impressed"
A review of Back Street Bistro by Tom - Tuesday 5th of August 2008
We went here after a tip that it was reasonably priced, good food. It was anything but. Service is okish, although when we arrived we were fussed around which table we were to sit at. The menu certainly sounded impressive but the food was shocking. I had the Game Casserole, which was basically very tough meat in an overpoweringly rich sauce. So rich in fact that I could only eat about half. My wife had a 'fillet' of Seabass which was also poor in quality. Overpriced, overrated and generally disapointing, abit like Cambridge in general really.
