I used to work at Halfords up in scotland for 4 years and i've never had to put up with such immature, selfish and childish customers.i've worked in many other retail outlets and as a car salesman and i've never been so insulted by so many people.all our team do our work to the best of our abilities and we really do try to give customer satisfaction.the problem is no customer is willing to see things from our side of the fence.they dont see the problems we have to battle through, the sheer amount of product knowledge we need to have (some of us have to know everything about sat navs, the touring section and child seats for example) its not an easy job and some people go out of their way to make it difficult.
