I am pretty satisfied with the treatment I have had from the clinical staff, and certainly feel that the nurses go the extra mile. I do wish the receptionists wouldn't hide out of sight so much though. Instead it would be nice if they would attend to the queues of patients that OFTEN form - waiting to check in to see the doctor or nurse. It is quite hard even to hand-deliver a note at times.
