"One and a half hour parking con"

I drove on to aldi car park in Nantwich at approx 08.45 hrs. The store didnt open till 09.00 hrs, so i drove off again. I returned later at about 10.30 hrs and left again at approx 10.45 hrs. I received a parking ticket, I challanged it and was imformed that i had been monitered arriving at 08.45 and even though i left staight away because the store was shut i should not have returned within 4 hrs of my leaving time so i was fined even though i was only their about 15 mins.I was also told that even if i had dropped some one off and returned for some other items later afer the one and a half hour period but before the non return four hour period it would result in a fine. I will not be shopping at aldi again.
