"2 years with zenith/staybrite"

I worked as a rep (showhome consultant) for this company for many years and while i disagreed with the standard sales technique and made a LOT of revisions to my pitch i can honestly say they have a superb window and excellent fitters.

I personally preferred to treat ppl like they had a brain in their head and also like adults, i showed my customers the product in great detail (as at the end of the day that was what they would be paying for) and spoke about it in terms that were clear and understandable while giving them pointers on the products features the benefits and honest comparisons with other products.

I was also honest about the BIG price being a highly inflated 3 yr quote (as if it is to be honored it must take into account the maximum of inflation over those years) and also made them aware that if they wanted me to i would work them out a price for having it done asap as most ppl were interested in having their windows done soon even if they denied it initially as a defense against being hit with a "hard sell".

I really found honesty and a clear "pitch" about the product and company (that are both second to none btw) sold me more windows and doors than the promotion ever did and i only ever pretended (with the customers full knowledge and some times assistance) to use it to keep my manager happy.

I sold windows on the night if the customer was ok with it by using the TRUTH and i had a lot of repeat business from them and recommendations as well.

If you want great windows go to zenith and ignore the promotion as part of the bumph but do concentrate on the window as it is nothing less than superb and is fitted extremely well.
