Staff members at the front desk - the first one on the right very close to the entrance - are absolutely hopeless and rude - i prefer waiting a few more minutes in a queue than talking to them. At the queuing counters there is one guy whose customer service skills are just exceptional! His name is Peter - every time i see him behind the counter I hope to be serviced by him! I wish everyone learnt from Peter what good customer service skills are! Peter - if you're reading this - good work! Thank you!!!!!!!! |
