I too work for b&q as a front of store customer advisor and there is usually not a day that goes by that i dont get either shouted at or swore at! im a 19 year old female and i have had full grown men standing shouting at me one male customer told me to "****" over something that he had misread and when he realised he was the one who was wrong that was his reply to me. i dont get paid enough to be stood and swore and shouted at all day i do enjoy my job the majority of the time there is just some people out there who go out to cause trouble and upset to others.
