Good on you, its like that all the time, I have had to ban customers before now for that threatening behavior.
They wouldn't talk to people like that in the street so why do it in a store??
Ill tell you what if I had my way store staff would be given medals just for daring to serve some of these customers. For you out there thinking it just staff moaning let me tell you, every day not just once or twice either, every day B&Q staff have to cope with this, I know its not everyone but there is a lot that attack staff not just verbally either.
so just think a minute before you rant on how bad it is, again I do accept that some people have a justifiable grievance, it can go horribly wrong and that needs to be dealt with, but generally its about a service offer not the store staff directly, isnt it?
So before mpoaning about the state of the store, just think before you tear open that packet and then dump it in the shelves, someones got to tidy that later, before you moan about the queues just think about the cost cuts that ware being imposed, before you get stuck into that 18yr old part timer on a saturday just think, its maybe their first job, perhaps their learning, and remember this is the lessons you are teaching these people before you all moan that the level of customer service is dropping in this country. Well I aint surprised!! are you? would you do it?
