I have worked in retail 4 some years now and its really hard to be polite to people who come shopping with a massive chip on their shoulder and who have major attitude problems ! some people are so rude grumpy and demanding and think they are of some sort of important to todays soceity and i would love to turn around and say to a rude customer that they are erm ... NOT ! and i simply dont care if the dress your trying on suits you i just wanna get paid ! i mean really I DONT CARE i have more important things on my mind ! but yes we are told to smile and let it go over our heads ! and take verbul abuse ! oh and as a sales advisor it would be so nice to be acknoleged and abit of eye contact would not go a miss ! anyway i feel so much better now ive got that of my chest !
