Ive only started working in halfords just past my 4 month stage of my job at halfords. im 16 and i totally agree on what was sayed. but i do think that all halfords staff need to be put on some sort of training programme in audio,parts even sat navs. i struggle in halfords due to the immense amount you need to know. i work in the ripspeed are of halfords i find it difficult and i struggle to meet customer demands so just a little good manners and no need to be angry we just try to do our best
