I could help notice the comments on previous threads - first of all, I have been a customer of Welcome for years and can truely said thay are the human face of finance companies we dont often see. I am aware of my credit file, with a credit score of 800+, I have choosen not to undertake finance from any other company even though it may be at a better int rate. Lets face the facts, How may companies out there are truely concern about your well being, how many companies would allow you to miss a payment if you have genuine financial trouble. Since being with welcome I have had my ups and downs on my ability to pay my monthly installment. On one occasion I was allowed to miss a payment without getting charges or being harrassed,due to a family bereavement once I had agreed to catch up over a period of months - thats service guys - good servive
