"Used to be good, now hopless service and average food"

I have been to Edwinns many times since it opened and generally have been very pleased with the service. This time though the serving staff just couldn't be bothered, nor could the kitchens so far as I could tell. Next time I'd prefer going to Wetherspoons or McDonalds for that kind of quality.
