"I`m the grumpy customer"

A review of B & Q by Jason - Tuesday 2nd of December 2008

I like B&Q, but my local B&Q checkouts have longer ques than the post office.
Today I waited in the que for 20 minutes, only for the person in front to present a money off voucher.
Apparantly it was the customers fault for not presenting the voucher first, so every item had to be voided and rescanned.

Needless to say I left my stuff on the floor and walked out, yet again.

Its worth mentioning that there must be 20 staff in that store, but only 2 on the checkouts.
