"Poor Training...I Think Not"

A review of Holland & Barrett by Anon - Monday 15th of December 2008

Holland & Barrett give very good training to theiir staff. However that doesn't mean staff members are capable of knowing the names and descriptions of every single product deemed to be a health food, especially ones not sold in store. If a friend didn't understand what something was, you would explain it to them. Why is it any different if it's a shop worker. The same people that couldn't answer a question that seemed simple to you, would more than likely be able to recommend products to help you with a range of debilitating illnesses, such as arthritis, IBS, stomach ulcers, and so on...often helping when doctors couldn't. And to top it all off, they do it without making you feel stupid for not knowing the things they know.
