I go to the Old Spring for lunch with a friend every friday lunchtime, the atmosphere is great as nobody interferes with anybody else, the staff one of whom is reminiscent of Toad-fish Rebbeki(Neighbours) and another of Peter Kay(comedian) are friendly and efficient the food is fabulous with generous proportions at a very good price, I only have one niggle and that is the food can take a while to arrive especially if it is busy. 
Definately the place to be
