"How is Chilis still in business?!"

I could go on and on about the awful awful experience I had in Chilis but I will stick to the most awful points only! 
 
*terribly overpriced beer, starters & main courses 
*terrible service - slow and indifferent (even after I said I only had 45mins before the cinema) 
*terribly small starter for the money (and we paid £7.99 for a sharing size) 
*my friend's ribs that had a side of cold soggy chips were so chewy they were inedible. 
*my chicken pasta seemed like it was made with packet cheese sauce & reconstituted chicken (for £11 I expected better) 
*we sent the main course back & the supervisor asked what we expected - they had a lot of restaurants & all their food came in packets!! 
If thats the case how do they justify the extortionate prices?? 
I will never set foot in that place again!
