I have had problems with certain members of staff at Accent. Some of the staff are very rude and generally unhelpful. Emails to my property manager were not replied to promptly and sometimes not at all. No voluntary feedback from inspections during the tenancy.

I can only praise the general manager who has been extremely helpful with certain issues I have had. Also the staff who answer the telephone have always been very polite and helpful.

Not all bad but I would not recommend using this company to anyone. I have never been so frustrated and stressed with any other letting agent-and I have rented properties with 3 other agents.
