"I did Work experience for a week in the bakery"
A review of Sainsbury's by Josh - Wednesday 18th of March 2009My Work experience there was good to make money but was to boring for me.
No skills needed in confectionery products they were already made didnt look to fresh mostly only did packaging and labeling wasnt my sort of job I would give out of 5 only 1.
Bread was alittle bit more inviting more machinery to use Sainsburys has reasonable amounts of equipment for it out of 5 I would give 3.
Team work everyone gets so moody and grumpy because there job is so boring no one wants to talk to each other they all have problems with someone I just wish people got along well in there. If one person was good the rest would feel more happyer and could get on with there job and help each other out if theres a problem with one person the team fails like it did where I was. The bakery manager wasnt in everyday which when he wasnt around everyone was alot different in a bad way.
I don't want to work there for my real job as it hasnt got anything to do with the bakery im looking for.
