I HAVE TO AGREE WITH MR AYRE, I AM A TRADE CUSTOMER AND WE AVOID B&Q ON A WEDNESDAY BECAUSE OF THE ILL MANNERED ELDERY PEOPLE THAT GOES IN THERE.WE OVERHERD ONE OF THEM SWEARING AT THE LASS ON THE CHECKOUT THE OTHER WEEK FOR NO REASON AT ALL.
